Colorado Craft Butchers was born out of the intention to offer nose-to-tail, sustainable butchering and meat sourcing. They work closely with small farms and ranches in Colorado and surrounding states, focusing on connecting farmers and consumers. All of their farms and ranches specialize in Wagyu beef, Mangalitsa pork, or Colorado lamb.
Copper Door Coffee is Denver's only 100% female owned coffee roaster, and we are proud to partner with them in expanding access to their coffee. Our communities deserve good beans!
FoodMaven is a local innovative and socially conscious company designed to capture the millions of pounds of oversupplied and imperfect food lost in the system each year and sell it or donate it to hunger relief organizations. They support local farmers and restaurants by connecting the dots between this otherwise wasted food. They are partnering with goodshyft to deliver these restaurant-caliber local bulk goods direct to consumers.
