Colorado Craft Butchers

Colorado Craft Butchers was born out of the intention to offer nose-to-tail, sustainable butchering and meat sourcing. They work closely with small farms and ranches in Colorado and surrounding states, focusing on connecting farmers and consumers. All of their farms and ranches specialize in Wagyu beef, Mangalitsa pork, or Colorado lamb. 

Copper Door Coffee

Copper Door Coffee is Denver's only 100% female owned coffee roaster, and we are proud to partner with them in expanding access to their coffee. Our communities deserve good beans! 


FoodMaven is a local innovative and socially conscious company designed to capture the millions of pounds of oversupplied and imperfect food lost in the system each year and sell it or donate it to hunger relief organizations. They support local farmers and restaurants by connecting the dots between this otherwise wasted food. They are partnering with goodshyft to deliver these restaurant-caliber local bulk goods direct to consumers.

Golden Acre Farm is a diversified market farm, specializing in high quality, sustainably raised vegetables, fruits and beautiful cut flowers. Using proven organic growing method, they provide the Denver Metro Area and their restaurant partners with local, healthy and sustainably raised products.

Happy Leaf Kombucha

Happy Leaf began in Denver, Colorado in 2013. Their humble beginnings started with selling kombucha at local farmers markets. As they've grown, they remain community-focused and strive to be environmentally sustainable. Their strict quality standards, innovative spirit and organic, seasonally driven ingredients have, and always will be, at the center of Happy Leaf Kombucha.

Rebel Bread

Rebel Bread are your friendly bakers who bake naturally fermented, gluten-reduced bread in RiNo. They also podcast (Against the Grain)!

Rebel Farm

Rebel Farm has one goal in mind: to provide customers with the freshest, GMO free, local produce. Their production capability is based on a sustainable greenhouse farm concept, free of harmful pesticides and fertilizers and utilizing up to 90% less water than your typical dirt farm. Rebel Farm harvests just before delivery and distributes the produce live on the root, to ensure the freshest produce year round, and the ultimate flavor experience.

Sara's Cosmic Cookie Dough

Sara's Cosmic Cookie Dough specializes in making edible cookie dough that's delicious AND nutritious. They source high quality, Non-GMO all natural ingredients and make each small batch by hand and with love in Denver, Colorado. Additionally, they use sustainable renewable packaging so you can feel good about your health and the health of the planet.


SoulNia is a vegetarian soul food caterer and pop up dinner, led by Chef Tess and Chef Kamiya. They are a sustainable catering company on a mission to change the way soul food is consumed in our minds and our bellies.

St. Kilian's Cheese Shop

St. Kilian’s Cheese Shop & Market has been serving the Denver Highland’s since 2001, offering a wide variety of regional and local products including artisanal cheeses and high quality epicurean essentials. 

The Real Dill

The Real Dill is relentlessly committed to making the absolute best products of their kind, and when it comes to quality, they make no compromises. This means they only use the finest fresh, natural ingredients that you recognize from your pantry or garden.They proudly handcraft all of their products in small batches from scratch, in Denver, with care, intention, and love. The Real DIll is proudly a zero-food-waste company, which repurposes or donates 100% of its food scraps to a local nonprofit that composts them for their urban farming programs. 

The Spice Guy CO

The Spice Guy was started in 2013 with $50 and the desire to bring the highest quality spices to chefs and home cooks all over Colorado. A lot has changed in 7 years, with over 2000 restaurant customers and tens of thousands home cooks using their products.
